아틀리에 모 디자인은 2017년 설립된 디자인 스튜디오이다. 아틀리에의 뜻은 아트와 스튜디오의 결합된 프랑스어로 실험적이도 도전적인 디자인을 실천하는 디자인 연구소 같은 곳을 운영하기 위하여 설립되었다. 모상규는 서울에서 태어나 대학교를 서울에서 나왔으면 건축사무소 예주에서 경력을 쌓고 해체주의 건축의 기술적 설계를 위한 프리폼에서 수학을 하고 싱가폴, 중국, 말레이시아 등에서 10년의 크고 작은 다양한 경력을 바탕으로 브랜딩,가구디자인, 인테리어, 중소형 건축 뿐만아니라 도시 마스터 플랜까지 계획하는다 한 디자인 전략 팀을 이끌며 다양하고 종합적인 경력을 쌓은 후 말레이시아에서 첫 사무소를 설립하고 크기와 종류에 상관없이 클라이언트를 이해하고 디자이너로서 최선의 해결책을 위해 실력과 지식을 겸비한 종합 디자인 사무실이다. 항상 클라이언트의 고민을 듣고 적극적이고 책임감있는 디자인 해결책을 제시하는 성실하고 겸손한 디자이너가 되기를 꿈꾼다. 지향하고자 하는 모토는 "Empty is plenty."이다 비워있는 것에서 채워가는 과정을 우리의 삶을 이해하고 물질적 체움 뿐 만 아니라 긍정적인 분위와 디자이너의 넘치는 에너지까지 함께 전달되길 바라는 마음으로 꽉 채워진 디자인을 비젼으로하는 실험적인 디자인 사무실이다.
Atelier Mo Design is a design studio founded in 2017. Atelier was established to run and meaning of "Atelier" is a design lab that combines the art and studio in French word also we ego to do more experimental and challenging design and handy works by our self.
Mo Sang Kyu was born in Seoul and graduated from the university in Seoul. He has a career in architecture in Yezu Architect. Comprehensive design experience with leading teams not only for interior and small and medium construction but also urban master plan. After establishing the first office in Malaysia, we understand the clients of all sizes and types. He always dreams of becoming a sincere and humble designer delight who listens to client's troubles and suggests active and responsible design solutions. "Empty is plenty." Mo Sang Kyu is Korean Design Architect and studied in Interior design in the Faculty of Art at Han Sung university in South Korea.
He experienced from yezu (Korea), AAMER(Singapore) & AA-GAS(Malaysia) & WACA(China) three co-partner companies and handle major projects from interior to master plan design for 6 years. then settled down in Kuala Lumpur and has founded ATELIER MO in order to build his ideal practice.
